1.Registration Process
For Customers (B2B, Retail, Direct Sales)
Self-registration is not required.
- Please provide your purchase and device details to the seller or partner.
- Our team will complete registration on your behalf.
- The warranty certificate will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

2.Claim / Service Request Process
To request service or raise a claim, please follow these steps:
- Inform us within 2 days of noticing the issue.
- Contact our support team via phone or email.
- Ensure your warranty is activated before raising a request.
- A Ticket ID will be generated and shared with you.
- Follow troubleshooting instructions, if provided.

3.General Terms and Exclusions
General Terms
- Warranty is valid only on products purchased from authorized Electrokaart sellers in India E-commerce platform / Like Amazon / Flipkaart/Myntra/Meesho/and www.electrokaart.com
- Service Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Refunds/reimbursements may be applicable for non-serviceable locations.
- Customers must provide clear device images before pickup.
- In case of total loss, refund will be up to 90% of invoice value, and warranty will end.
- Legal jurisdiction shall be Haryana / NCR Region.
Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)
The warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing or originally uncovered defects
- Missing proof of purchase
- Accessories and consumables (chargers, cables, batteries, etc.)
- Physical, liquid, or fire damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Tampering with serial/IMEI numbers
