2.Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India.

For remote or restricted areas, delivery availability may vary. Customers are advised to confirm before placing orders.

3.Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time shown at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on location, courier partner, and selected shipping mode.

4.Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS/Email.

After dispatch, customers receive a tracking link and AWB number.

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.

6.Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners make up to two (2) delivery attempts.

If delivery fails:

  • The shipment may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure availability at the delivery address.

7.Inspection & Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect packages before accepting delivery.

  1. Refuse Delivery If:
  • Package is damaged
  • Package is open/tampered
  • Items are missing
  • Box is empty

In such cases, do not accept delivery.

  1. Receiving Damaged / Empty Package

If you receive a damaged or empty box:

  1. Inspect the package immediately.
  2. Record a clear unboxing video with date/time.
  3. The video must show:
    • Outer box (all sides, labels, stickers)
    • Order ID & AWB clearly visible
    • Inner packaging
    • Product condition / empty box
  4. Keep all original packaging.
  1. Reporting Damages or Discrepancies

Report within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video
  • Description of issue

Delayed reporting may result in claim rejection.

8.Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.

Electrokaart is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete details
  • Customer unavailability

Returned orders can be re-shipped after payment of additional charges.

9.Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to:

 10.Lost or Stolen Packages

Electrokaart is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by courier partners.

However, in case of loss concerns, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate.
